Starring Katherine Heigl, Jason O’mara
Let’s not be mean. This movie has an explination for itself right in the title. I assume Ms. Heigl understood that she was only intorested in this film for one reason… the money.
The plot is actually kinda compelling. Woman pushed to the edge with little hope after being divorced and unimploid she finds herself needing money. Ofcourse this is where she desides to risk life and limb and become a bounty hunter. And the ironic or at least comical bit of this film is Jason O’Mara recently starred in the exact same movie as a bounty hunter doing almost the exact same thing. So everything looks good for this film but something goes terribly wrong.
Ultimately that acting is sub-par. Heigl cant hack-it as a New Jersey tough woman with aditude. It is more like a blonde L.A. Bimbo playing with hand cuff. The cast around her do their best to make her fit in but it just seems impossible.
The camera work and framing is nothing new or special. Nothing stands out on the screen and everything is somewhat forced and empty.
Bottom 5 rating. Not a good movie.
